The review effort by Department staff pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15061 led staff to conclude that implementing a Fleet Advisory would fall within the Class 7 and Class 8 categorical exemptions (CEQA Guidelines sections 15307, 15308). These two exemptions are related to agency actions to protect natural resources and the environment.
