The project will entail the following tasks: mobilize and set up equipment; pull the existing well equipment for inspection and repair or replacement; redevelop, video, and test pump the well for design of new well equipment; and install new pump equipment and return the well to production. This would not increase the well' capacity. The purpose of the project is to ensure a reliable water supply. Its beneficiaries are the customers of the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District.
