Document Description
The California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), pursuant to authority granted under California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 4.5, Chapter 20, Section 66270.61, has issued an Emergency Permit to Allergan Inc., (EPA ID# CAD038048286) to treat hazardous waste on-site through the addition of a stabilizing solution. Specifically, 25 milliliters of 2-methyltetrahydrofuran, 15 milliliters of diisopropyl ether, 100 milliliters of 1,4 dioxane, 100 milliliters of cyclopentyl methyl ether. No alternative treatment to stabilize for safe transportation for disposal is available.
