The project proposes to subdivide an existing 18,918 square foot (sf) / 0.43-acre site into three lots including one common lot (Parcel A), and construct two, two-story, single family homes and a new 529 sf, one-story garage for an existing single family home. Project requires a Negative Declaration, Planned Development, Subdivision and Design Review. The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing, review the application, hear public comment, and make a recommendation to the City Council for final action at a future public hearing to be scheduled.
