Document Description
The Cancer Support Community project, proposes to develop the 5.75-acre applicant-owned vacant parcel located at 4011 Mt. Diablo Boulevard in the City of Lafayette. The proposed project is a new campus for the Cancer Support Community, which includes a building, parking lot, outdoor gathering space, boardwalk, greenhouse, and amphitheater or outdoor movement space. The proposed project would involve the construction of an 12,009 square foot building and 47 vehicular parking spaces, for a total footprint of 26,209 square feet. With a combination of offices and gathering spaces, the proposed project would accommodate up to 120 visitors at one time.
