Document Description
Remove and replace existing ramp meter poles, advanced warning signs with flashing beacons systems, ramp meters mast arms, existing signs, install electrical loops, restripe, and remove vegetation and dig trenches.
Project location experiences recurrent congestion which contributes to the increased delay and uncontrolled traffic entering the freeway. To reduce collisions the ramp meters need to be upgraded and the new meters
installed if needed.
