Document Description
The project is limited to five encroachments including the replacement of two existing permanent crossings with one permanent culvert and one permanent vented rock armored ford crossing; the construction and use of two new water drafting holes (one located off-channel of a Class II watercourse and one located at a spring); and the installation of one new permanent vented rock armored ford crossing, as identified and described in the Timber Harvesting Plan (THP) and 1611 Addendum on pages 16, 16.1, 16.2, 16.3, 22 through 25, 45, 46, 119.1, and 119.2 of the THP. The encroachment locations are shown on pages 42 and 44 of the THP
