Document Description
The project is limited to the removal of an existing 14-inch diameter water pipeline
within the channel of Arcade Creek and subsequent replacement of the water pipeline by attaching it to the existing bridge structure. The new 14-inch pipeline will be connected to existing underground pipeline infrastructure on either side of Arcade Creek in upland areas outside of Arcade Creek. Once the new pipeline is attached to the bridge, the existing pipeline will be removed. Approximately 44 linear feet of
existing pipeline will be removed from the Arcade creek bed and bank. After the existing pipeline has been removed, the creek bed and bank will be restored to preconstruction contours. Disturbed areas of the Arcade Creek bank will then be hydroseeded with native forbs and grasses. The total temporary excavation
will not exceed 10 cubic yards.
