The purpose of this Project is to replace potable water storage tanks at five locations with new bolted steel potable water storage tanks. The existing potable water storage tanks have reached their useful life and are susceptible to natural disasters such as wildfires. The new potable water storage tanks will benefit the surrounding communities by providing reliable potable water storage. The Project will also replace the necessary piping, valves and level controls at each tank site. Project was determined to be exempt under NEPA.

This Project consist of replacing existing potable water storage tanks with new potable water storage tanks. The new water storage tanks will be located on the same site as the existing tank facilities and serve the same customers. The new potable water storage tanks will have substantially the same usable water storage capacity as the existing tanks.
