Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SBR-56705-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Pacific Gas and Electric Company. The project is limited to the installation of two new supports to prevent future undercutting of the foundations along the L-300A pipeline within the Bat Cave Wash. Two new deep 4' by 4' foundation supports will be installed, and two new steel beam pipe supports will be installed within the footprint of existing rock slope protection (RSP). The large diameter of the RSP will be reconfigured for bank stabilization and excess material used during the emergency work in October 2022 will be disposed of. The site will be restored to pre-project conditions and excavated material will be disposed of.
