Document Description
The applicant has applied for a CUP to operate a cannabis microbusiness. The microbusiness use would include five 3,060 ft2 greenhouses (15,300 ft2 of total cultivation space); a 1,440 ft2 building for non-volatile manufacturing; and distribution of cannabis products. The project also includes an 840 ft2 manufactured home for a full time site caretaker. The project is located at 50 W. Nine Mile Canyon Rd., near the community of Pearsonville. The property is zoned Light lndustrial (M2), which allows for cannabis microbusiness activities with a CUP. This is a remote area of the County that primarily has open, vacant, land.
