The applicant has applied for a CUP to operate a cannabis microbusiness. The microbusiness use would include five 3,060 ft2 greenhouses (15,300 ft2 of total cultivation space); a 1,440 ft2 building for non-volatile manufacturing; and distribution of cannabis products. The property is zoned Light lndustrial (M2), which allows for cannabis microbusiness activities with a CUP. This is a remote area of the County that primarily has open, vacant, land.
