The proposed Project would construct a new advanced water purification facility (AWPF), water conveyance pipelines, lateral pipelines, and associated facilities in Santa Clara County. Valley Water’s preferred Project site is to construct the AWPF on land owned by the City of San José immediately adjacent to the existing Silicon Valley Advanced Water Purification Center (SVAWPC).
