Document Description
The City of Ferndale has aging sewer lines that lead to high levels of I/I. In an effort to reduce I/I throughout the City, numerous sections of pipeline will be replaced. Construction activities will take place on a phased basis as funding becomes available. The IS/MND evaluates the cumulative impacts of all sewer line replacement activities inside and outside of the City limits.
