Four (4) uncovered staff parking spaces and 48 long term bicycle parking spaces are provided.

This supportive housing project meets the criteria in Gov. Code section 65650 et seq., including but not limited to section 65651, and therefore is not a "project" as defined by CEQA. In the alternative, the Project is exempt from CEQA pursuant to Pub. Resources Code section 21080(b)(1) and CEQA Guidelines section 15268 for ministerial projects because it meets the criteria of Gov. Code section 65915 and Los Angeles County Code Title 22.
