The Project proposes to construct a box culvert crossing with a removable flashboard dam within Potter Creek to offset anticipated increases in irrigation demand and provide vehicle access for private landowners and District maintenance purposes. The proposed Project is needed to conserve irrigation water for adjacent farmlands. The purpose of the Project is to capture runoff from Potter Creek and redistribute it for irrigation purposes.
