The proposed project would create a truck terminal to be used for overnight parking and storage of trucks with sleeper cabs and 53-foot trailers. Vehicles would typically be parked overnight and on weekends, with trucks entering the project site in the evening and exiting the site in the morning. The proposed project, located on an approximately a 3.6-acre vacant site bounded by Santa Ana Avenue and Dry Creek Road in the North Sacramento area of the City of Sacramento, Sacramento County with a Truck Terminal Yard with driveways and parking on the property identified as APN 215-0280-055 in the City of Sacramento.
