A water distribution water pipeline located inside the existing Glen Arbor Road Bridge over the San Lorenzo River in Felton is leaking and must be relocated outside the bridge structure. The relocated pipeline is proposed to be suspended from the sidewalk on the north side of the existing structure. Please see attached construction drawings.
