Reasons for Exemption
The Mendocino County Cultural Services Agency seeks to repair and maintenance existing development on the subject parcels. As proposed, the activities will restore and rehabilitate deteriorating and damaged improvements which will not provide for expansion or intensification of existing use. Staff finds that as proposed repairs meet the requirements for a categorical exemption pursuant to 14 CCR section 15301 in that the request will restore and rehabilitate deteriorating and damaged improvements which will not provide for expansion or intensification of existing use.
