The proposed project includes a 4.5-acre truck parking lot consisting of 80 gravel, 13- by 75-foot parking stalls and a new paved driveway from Bishop Avenue. The proposed project intends on serving existing truck traffic along State Route 99. Off-site construction includes the widening of Bishop Avenue to 32 feet plus 3-foot gravel shoulders from the proposed driveway to State Route 99 (approximately 600 feet).
