Document Description
The Proposed Project involves improvements to the existing O'Farrell Charter School, including construction of a new student union building and outdoor gathering space. The Project would also include new student drop-off areas and parking lot improvements. In addition, the Proposed Project would modernize several other buildings on campus with new flooring, roofing, and interior lighting. While the number of classrooms would increase on campus, the total number of students would not exceed its previously approved enrollment/capacity amount of 1,835 students. Construction of the Project would begin in 2021, and last for approximately 36 months.
