The purpose of the project is to establish a permanent facility for all UCCIE’s operations and programs. Construction of new structure in an urbanized area zoned for commercial use and less than 10,000 sq ft. Property is zoned in an M-H - Heavy Industrial Zone. Site will involve handling small amount of hazardous substances, including electronic waste, however it is not a significant amount and no conversion or industrial processing of hazardous material will be done on site.
