Document Description
A Use Permit for commercial cannabis cultivation, specifically, 3,799 square feet of indoor and 2,850 square feet of mixed light cultivation, on site processing of site grown cannabis and distributor and transport only on 15 acre parcel located at 2000 Los Alamos Road (AP: 030-050-009) zoned Resources and Rural Development (RRD). The indoor cultivation will take place in two separate structures, 1) the previously existing 2,600 square foot agricultural structure which burned in the September 2020, Glass Fire (to be rebuilt in like kind through Permit Sonoma Resiliency Center) this structure will contain 1,563 square feet of canopy, processing activities and an ADA compliant restroom, 2) the second indoor structure will be a new 2,236 square foot structure and will be used solely for canopy. Mixed light cultivation will occur in a new 2,850 square foot greenhouse. The operation will utilize two full time employees and four additional employees during harvest. Shipping and delivery operations would be limited to 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday. The project would be closed to the public.
