Document Description
The scope of work is as follows: clean and prepare tops of air handlers over Call Center area (3 units), seal the rib on the roofs of the air handlers, remove and repair PVC membrane, probe all seams in PVC membrane for loose or "cold" welds and repair as necessary, provide and install up to 1000’ of new reglet counter flashing that has blown off, and replace any sheet metal fasteners that are loose or missing and seal all fasteners and other incidental work as required. The project is needed to avoid the failure or threat of failure of the facility and to prevent the loss or impairment of life, health, property, and essential public service.
