Document Description
Plot Plan Review PPR/2020-078 application has been submitted for the construction of a 18,000 square foot grocery store, “Grocery Outlet”, over three (3) parcels totaling 2.14 acres zoned Commercial General (C-2) and designated as Commercial General (CG) on the General Plan Land Use Map.
On April 21, 2021, the City of Big Bear Lake Planning Commission, acting as the Lead Agency, adopted Resolution No. 2021-04 adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration and approving Plot Plan Review 2020-078. This determination was held due to two appeals 2021-051 & 2021-52.
On August 02, 2021, the City of Big Bear Lake City Council, acting as the Lead Agency, adopted Resolution No.2021-96, upholding Planning Commission’s approval of Plot Plan Review 2020-078, Mitigated Negative Declaration, adding conditions of approval, and an additional categorical exemption.
