Document Description
Caltrans District 7, in cooperation with Metro and the Gateway Cities Council of Governments, approved a project to implement a Collector-Distributor Road that would consolidate multiple access points from the Central Avenue, Wilmington Avenue, and Acacia Court interchanges into a single access point. The project would reduce the number of ingress/egress points on the freeway mainline and redirect the short and nonstandard weaving areas from the freeway mainline to the Collector-Distributor Road.
