Document Description
Approval of Permit No. 19837, under California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Article 3, Section 6, for work within an adopted plan of flood control: 66-foot-long, 21-foot-wide, 3-span Pomona Avenue Bridge (Bridge No. 12C0328) spanning Little Chico Creek with a 75-foot-long, 54-foot-wide, single-span, cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete slab bridge founded on cast-in-drilled-hole (CIDH) concrete piles. Rock slope bank protection will be placed at the abutments. The Project also includes the installation of two 18-inch diameter drainage pipes near both abutments, discharging within the channel. In addition, the applicant proposes to replace an existing 33-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe with a 42-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe and install two 21-inch and one 16-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipes parallel to each other under the channel. Temporary falsework will be utilized for bridge construction.
