Document Description
The U.S. Forest Service, Goosenest Ranger District is proposing to construct, use, and ultimately decommission three Type D access roads on State Route 97 in Siskiyou county at Post Miles 33.29, 33.57, and 33.613. The access roads are part of a larger forest health and diversity project. The California Department of Transportation would issue an encroachment permit to allow for the proposed work to occur within the limits of the State Right of Way.

The work proposed to occur within the State Right of Way would not have a significant impact on the environment.
