Document Description
Metropolitan proposes to dewater and shut down the San Diego Pipeline No. 5 to repair a valve at station 1372+02 within the pipeline and at the Red Mountain Pressure Control Facility, and conduct routine operation and maintenance activities as determined necessary following inspections along the extent of the facilities. The pipeline must be dewatered at various locations to allow MWD to perform the required repairs.
