The reduced setback will allow for the construction of a 480-square-foot addition to the front of an existing shop building to be utilized as a replacement office. The existing office will be removed to allow for construction of a new 500,000-gallon above-ground water tank. The water tank is required to improve the water quality, fire protection, and water storage for the Linden community.
