- The Project will temporarily stabilize a stretch of failing gabion basket wall, located on a privately-owned section of creek bank, that has weathered to failure at the toe of the existing wall and is discharging gabion stone into Corte Madera Creek. The emergency work will be completed by hand placing toe rock and new gabion mesh to hold the rock in place and is the minimum work necessary to alleviate the immediate emergency of potential wall and property failure into the creek.
