Document Description
The completed Project will enhance 1,300 feet of Broadway Creek by increasing its
capacity to convey 100-year storm events, removing hardscape structures, stabilizing
1,300 feet of eroding banks, planting 1.6 acres of native vegetation, and maintaining
the Project in perpetuity. The Project will reduce total ponding area by 80% and water
quality pollutants by 10%.
