- Located in Tulare County, on route 190, 17 miles east of Wagner Drive in Springville to end of Route. The project would remove ~2,600 hazardous trees, clear inlets, clear the toe of slope ditches, install inlet protection at identified drainage systems, repair damaged culvert inlets, clear debris, and traffic control. The purpose is to repair fire damaged locations on and around the roadway, to clear and remove hazardous debris, to make repairs, and to provide temporary traffic control along the State Route 190 in Tulare County. The project is needed to provide immediate repair and to prevent or mitigate the loss or impairment of life, health, property, and essential public services. address wildfire damage from the Creek Fire in the project area.
