Document Description
This project will pave the hunter access parking lot and resurface the Van Atta Trail to allow access for people with limited mobility. This trail is heavily used for student field trips from the Grasslands Environmental Education Center and by the general public. A newly installed pergola will provide shade to people on using the Van Atta Trail. The weathered educational kiosk will be replaced. A new sign announcing the auto route will be installed.

The sign consists of construction of a minor structure accessory (§15311, Class 11 Accessory Structures).
