This project consists of the repair and maintenance of existing public facilities involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency's determination, included as "trail or road repairs"; and installation of small new equipment and facilities in small structures, included as "fencing and gates"; minor public or private alterations in the condition of land, water, and/or vegetation which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees except for forestry and agricultural purposes and grading on land with a slope of less than 10 percent; included in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities in accordance with CCR §15300.4.
