Document Description
The Parking Structure 5 (PS5) Design Augmentation modifies the design to include façade infill louvers, light shielding, and changes to light fixture hues and programming. The Project modification would not increase parking stalls or building square footage and is consistent with the goals of the original Project. PS5 is a component of the California Hospital Tower Project currently under construction. The modifications would be fully consistent with the goals of the original Project, which include consolidating surface parking and increasing parking capacity near the Main Hospital to better serve patients. The California Hospital Tower Environmental Impact Report evaluated the entire aggregation of potential environmental impacts of the California Hospital Tower project and provides environmental impact analysis for distinct components of the project, including the PS5 component.
