Woodside Homes, Inc. has proposed to subdivide approximately 19.25 acres of fallow ag land at the northwest corner of E. Sumner Ave and S. Sunnyside Ave into 100 lots for single-family residential development. The lots range between 5000 and 8899 sq ft in size. The subdivision includes a 0.99-acre neighborhood park. The Project proposes four interior local streets generally forming a grid patter with cul-de-sacs proposed at locations where through-streets are not possible or practical. The interior circulation system will connect to the City's existing collector street system on S. Sunnyside Ave, located on the east side of the subdivision. No access to either E. Sumner St. or to the north is proposed. Street connections to the west are proposed to allow for future circulation.
