Document Description
The project will reconstruct the road from 10th Avenue to the City Limits (500' east of 14th Ave), reconstruct ramps on the south and north side of 12th Avenue and the north side of 14th Avenue. Reconstruction includes the grind in place existing asphalt concrete pavement, grade and compact subgrade, grade and compact asphalt grindings, pave new hot mix asphalt layer, adjust existing manholes and water valve frames and covers to furnish grade, and install pavement striping.
