- Continued material stockpiling would result in minor, intermittent alterations of land and would not require removal of trees. Fencing and lighting construction and storage container placement would involve the new construction and location of small structures in open grassland or previously disturbed areas. Maintenance of grassland areas would involve negligible expansion of existing use. No significant impacts would occur.
