The Project involves abandonment of an existing 51-foot long, 18-inch diameter corrugated metal pipe culvert and installation of a new 64-foot long, 36-inch reinforced concrete pipe culvert within two feet of the existing culvert.

The Project will occur at a single culvert which channels an unnamed seasonal stream under State Route 41 where it flows easterly to Lewis Fork Creek. The culvert is located near the community of Fish Camp in Madera County. The culvert is located near post mile 1.45 and is centered near latitude 37.455259, longitude -119.644758 in Section 35, Township 5 South, Range 21 East, Mount Diablo Baseline and Meridian.
