The Project proposes to correct deficiencies within the water system by implementing the following components: -Replacement of a booster pump station -Recoat and repair the existing B-1 and B-2 reservoirs -Reconfiguration of yard piping -Minor electrical improvements -Raise wellheads and reduce flow rates at most of BDVWA’s active wells -Enclose BDVWA’s Well No. 8 in a building -Consolidation of the BDVWA and Goat Mountain water systems -Construction of a new booster pump station and associated conveyance and interconnection facilities -Installation of a transmission pipeline to convey water directly from BDVWA’s Zone D-1 to the Zone B Reservoir Site following permitted resumption of operation of Well Numbers 2 and 4 for potable purposes PUBLIC AGENCY APPROVING PROJECT
