- This NOE is for the issuance of a permit for use of the former Canetti's restaurant facility to operate Trani's Dockside Restaurant. This restaurant will provide a dining experience to its patrons. Alterations to the interior and exterior of the building would be required prior to occupying the first floor of the building. Modifications of the property will be required to rehabilitate the deteriorated structure and create an operating restaurant. All proposed modifications are in consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation.
