Document Description
Caltrans is proposing to rehabilitate pavement within Caltrans right-of-way (ROW). The proposed project would cold plane 0.2 feet of the existing asphalt concrete (AC) pavement and overlay with 0.2 feet of Rubberized Hot Mixed Asphalt (RHMA) on areas with curbs and Hot Mixed Asphalt (HMA) on areas without curbs, on both eastbound (EB) and westbound (WB) State Route-150 (SR-150). The project would also reconstruct failed areas with dig-outs, restripe travel lanes and pedestrian crosswalks, reinstall loop detectors, replace existing Metal Beam Guard Rail (MBGR) with Midwest Guard System (MGS), reconstruct AC dike, place shoulder backing, construct street curb, upgrade roadway signs, and upgrade approximately 62 American with Disabilities Act (ADA) curb ramps to meet current standards.
