The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. SJN-14052-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Gilmore Road, LLC as represented by Paul Lynch. The Project is limited to the replacement of an irrigation pump and the seasonal diversion of water along the bank of the Calaveras River.
