Document Description
The Los Rios Community College District is proposing to construct a new instructional building 9Phase 2 of the Folsom Lake College Facilities Master Plan) at the Folsom Lake College Rancho Cordova Center campus. The area proposed for Phase 2 buildout is adjacent west of the existing Phase 1 FLC Rancho Cordova Center instructional building, in a currently undeveloped portion of the site. The proposed construction currently includes one two-story, 14,200 assignable square-foot/21,000 gross square-foot building that will provide space for instruction in general education, and biology, with ADA access compliance. The facility will include associated hardscape and landscaping. Los Rios Community College District is additionally proposing to expand a current parking lot with 106 stalls east of the existing campus, across Paseo Drive.
The Project is located at the Folsom Lake Rancho Cordova Center campus, in Sacramento County, at the intersection of Folsom Boulevard and Paseo Drive. The FLC - RCC campus address is 10259 Folsom Boulevard, Rancho Cordova, California, and consists of approximately 5.65 acres os land (APNs: 076-0213-013 and 076-0212-022).
