The other parcel already is served water from Humboldt CSD. Project is exempt per Classes: 1- Existing Facilities, 3(d)- New Construction-Utit¡ty Extension, 4-Minor Alterations to Land, 19-Annexation of existing facilities & lots. No exceptions to exemptions (15300. 2) apply.
