Document Description

The use of Section 15061(b)(3) is applicable and appropriate, as the minor modification is to update project design per Southern California Edison (SCE) requirements, without adding new uses or increasing capacity, employees or traffic. Operations must comply with applicable state and local regulations. There is no new available information of substantial importance relating to the project, which was not known, nor could have been known in the exercise of reasonable diligence, when the previous Environmental Impact Report was certified and approved.
