- The proposed project would reduce collisions and fatalities by placing a median barrier on the centerline. Crash cushions would be placed and provide animal crossings every 1,000 feet. No permits or mitigation are required. Native American monitoring would be performed by representatives of the Santa Rosa Rancheria. No right of way would be acquired.
