Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-CCA-25614-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, VTR Countrywood, LP as represented by Edward Gaudreau. The Project consists of the following activities: initial shoring work to stabilize the failing culvert; site preparation and access to the channel; stabilization and retrofit of existing retaining walls; stabilization and retrofit of existing culvert; replacement of road over culvert; and the application of biodegradable erosion control measures. The Project will result in the temporary loss of approximately 0.15 acres and permanent loss of 0.181 acres of riparian vegetation accompanying 132 linear feet of ephemeral freshwater stream channel; and placement of approximately 1,450 cubic yards of fill within the creek channel.
