Issuance of right-of-entry permit to the Nature Collective to implement a dune and bluff habitat restoration project at South Carlsbad State Beach. A total of 1.6 acres will be restored across two sites, including 1.1 acres of dune and bluff habitat on the southern end of the South Carlsbad State Beach campground and 0.5 acres of native bluff scrub habitat at South Ponto State Beach. The project will protect park resources.
