The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is proposing a fish passage remediation project along State Route 3 in Trinity county. The project is proposed at two locations along a perennial stream known as Fraszier Creek, post mile (PM) 24.97 and 25.24, within the Trinity River Watershed.
